Warranty

The freeskateshop.com customers benefit from the assurance given by the various manufacturers of each article. Defects or damage due to improper use or handling of material or wear caused by normal use of it, are not included in this warranty.

The shortages in the functionality of the items, due to the limits of the same design, are also excluded from this warranty coverage. See the advice of our expert Customer Service.

Returns and exchanges of material

How to make a return?

If for any reason not satisfied with your purchase, you have a 7 days, counting from the date of the order, to return it. (According to art. 44 of Law 7 / 1996 of January 15 of the Retail Trade Act as amended by 47/2002 of December 19).

You just have to give us the product in perfect condition and in original packaging, including collateral, labels and instructions. Shipping charges incurred in devolució of a product are borne by the customer. It is very important that we return / exchange the products or return perfectly packaged.
